In the Southwestern corner of the city was an uninhabited area that had not yet been developed. It was very rocky and uneven. It also got hit by great winds and high tides that made it uncomfortable for the common man to live. But these “people from the water” had no problem with harsh environments so they simply settled there without asking for permission. They had developed skills in construction that rivaled any living in Novus and the community worked together to build a great fortress on the cliffs edge which they named Stormwatch. Attached to the top was a great lighthouse that would mark the way for all who are lost to find their way home.
