Over a century has passed since the comet “Helix 569” hit the planet’s moon, causing a complete tidal and climatic shift in the environment. This devastating incident caused famine, war and almost complete annilation of 80% of the planet’s cities and resources. It took almost half a century for stability to return but with this stability came a diametric shift in the way the people of the planet operated. Gone were the days of towns and small cities. The climate shift had forced all people to live near waterways or on coasts, decimating the landlocked areas from both the shift in cold and heat. Summers and winters became uninhabitable in many places. Food became scarce and the sea level rose destroying and creating at the same time.

Rule:

Kill 1 random Recruit on your side of the board, move the remaining Recruits to your Loyalists OR Kill 1 random Loyalist on your side of the board and move all opponent Loyalists back to their Recruits.
