The Overlord has recruited an elite Paradoxer. This very unique skill is rarely seen in Novus. It allows a Paradoxer to control moments of time which can delay or speed up decisions. This was unexpected. Factions will need to make their plans in advance.

Rule:

Each player may play a Faction card this turn but it will not be activated until the next round. Place Faction cards in the Round Effect area but do not activate them until a time of your choosing during your next turn. No face down Round Effects may be played during this round. The Paradoxed cards may not be removed until they have been played.
