In order for the new regime to garner favor amongst the community, a new law has been enacted preventing community members for joining Factions. The Factions have all had enough of this “so called” Overlord. It´s time to fight back!

Rule:

During this round, add a Faction icon to every card in the neutral area. If the card has a Faction icon already, add another icon and trigger 2 Faction plays. If 2 Faction plays are triggered, draw only 1 Faction card during the first Faction play and do not draw during the second.
