The Watcher is the leader of the group of vigilantes known as the Night Watchmen. His skill with computers is unmatched, which is why no one can figure out his real identity. He is called The Watcher because he observes the world through the plethora of cameras. Though his face is shown occasionally, no one has actually met him but his wide ranging network of followers help him and Shadowcell do what Law Enforcers can’t.
