Fear is a useful tool, the self-proclaimed “Master of Fear” uses excessive tactics to exploit his victims’ fears. Along those lines he gains the assistance of members of the Community by threatening them to aid the Shadowcell cause.

Rule:

Draw 5 Community cards. Before revealing, ask the opponent to name 2 Communities (or colors). Place correctly guessed cards in the neutral area and incorrectly guessed cards in your Loyalists.
