Chained is the most feared leader in the Shadowcell Faction. His ruthless ways are legendary. Each Community member he meets, he judges on sight. Do they have what it takes to become a valuable asset to the Faction or will they simply be cannon fodder and the means to an end for a high valued target. He would rather be respected than feared but his reputation does proceed him.

Rule:

Draw 4 Community cards one at a time. After each draw, decide to keep it or kill another card on the board that matches the Community color. If card is kept, place in Loyalists. If card is used to kill, place it in the neutral area.
