As a bit of a rogue, which says a lot coming from a member of Shadowcell, Trenchcoat likes to do things his way. Though his methods can be unconventional, they are indeed effective. Many deem him reckless but cannot deny the results of his audacious tactics. His brash nature allows him to get away with more than he should. With a quick smile, he can change the direction of influence.

Rule:

Draw 1 Community card and place in your Loyalists. Randomly change the Community (color) of all cards on opponent’s side of the board. Move all opponent card that match the drawn card’s color to your Recruits. If no card moves then move highest neutral card to Allies.
