The Ghost Cipher has taken his name from an old, top secret algorithm that was used to break codes many years ago. However, Ghost takes things to the extreme by using his own horrific presence to detract from the pure genius of his brain. While he detracts, he is secretly stealing information, money and power away from his enemies.

Rule:

Swap 1 of your card values with an opponent card value. If the difference in the card values is less than 10 points, kill 1 random opponent Recruit. If greater, kill 1 random Recruit from your side.
