The Ghost Cipher has taken his name from an old, top secret algorithm that was used to break codes many years ago. However, Ghost takes things to the extreme by using his own horrific presence to detract from the pure genius of his brain. While he detracts, he is secretly stealing information, money and power away from his enemies.

Rule:

Look at opponent’s Faction hand and swap 1 card in your hand with 1 card from opponents hand. Play the card taken from opponent immediately and draw 1 Faction card from your deck to replace it.
