Rule:

Place face down in Round Effect. Reveal at the start of the opponent’s next turn. Draw 2 random Afterlife cards to the neutral area. Move 2 neutral area cards to Loyalists. Freeze all cards in neutral area except for 1 random card. If there are less than 3 cards in the neutral area, skip reveal until next turn.
