The Torchlander was a Survivalist whose family had lived in the wastelands for many generations prior to the city cleansing the undesirables. When he realized that he had the power to literally throw fire, he decided he could no longer be alone. He went to fight in the Kermis and when he killed one of the Edgehunter leaders in battle he was immediately promoted in the ranks. He now is on the front line as his killing skills are one of a kind.
