Relentless in his devotion to Dawnlight, he moves to sabotage the influence and power of Dawnlight’s enemies. His mechanical wings grant him the ability of flight, adding to his mysteriousness, giving him the title, the Angel of Fear. Not much is known about him, except that not much gets in his way, by the time his enemies are able to stop him he has still secured more influence for Dawnlight.

Place face up in Round Effect. Prevent any cards from moving to opponent’s Allies. Any cards moving to Allies will stop at Loyalists until card is removed. If this card is removed, choose 1 neutral area card and place in Allies.
