This unique echo had a checkered past. He was destroyed in an accident and his owners thought he could no longer be of use, so they stripped him of what parts were useful and threw the rest away as scrap. However, he was not destroyed, and he sat immobile for years while his mind was still very much alive. Many moons later, he was discovered by a Collector and was put back together with whatever parts were available in the scrap yard. The change in his design and the years of neglect caused a critical malfunction in his A.I. and eventually caused irreparable damage to his mainframe. This change affected his demeanor and he swore that all who opposed him would suffer as he had.
