The more lenient robots inside of Cloudecho believed that the humans were simply reconfiguring and improving the echoes capabilities. Removing the antiquated technology and replacing it with new artificial intelligence has turned these echoes into thinking machines. This view and understanding was not appreciated by all echoes which began to break the Faction into two.

Rule:

Kill 1 of your own Recruits. Draw 1 random Afterlife card and place in Loyalists. Place Reconfiguration behind the drawn card and double its value. Effect cannot be removed, even if card is killed.
