Rule:

Draw 8 Community cards. Choose up to 2 of the drawn cards and place in Recruits. If any of the remaining drawn cards match the color of the chosen cards, place all matching cards in opponent’s Recruits. Place remaining cards in the neutral area OR shuffle back into the deck.
