In the early years of the great war, prior to Factions organizing, there was a great technological boom that included the development of humanoid robots which used the conscious brain from a dying human and implanted it into the body of a machine. Cobalt is one of the last of his kind. He is human only in his decision making which is why he is not part of the Cloudecho Faction. He has absolutely lethal targeting skills. He believes in the Alphaguard and the protection of the Community above all else.
