There isn’t a server farm in the word that Proxy cannot hack. She can rearrange information and change the results of data before you can blink an eye. In one move, she can revamp the way the battle is fought. There is something sinister about her that most people cannot quite put a finger on but otherwise she is well likely throughout the Community and even throughout most Factions.

Rule:

Draw 4 Faction cards from either deck. Choose 1 card and place in your Faction hand. Place the other 3 back on top of the same deck in any order.
