It is a critical maneuver in war to take advantage of unguarded assets. A good manipulator will be able to take a powerful tool and use it for their own purposes.

Rule:

Remove a Lasting Effect card and place it back on the board as your own in the same or different location. If a Community draw card is necessary, kill the previous card and draw another.
