Centuries ago their were vehicles called “tow trucks” that were used to move other vehicles when they were operationally deficient. Gravity pullers do the same thing for all air based vehicles like the gravcar or gravflier. The self-sustaining mechanisms in these vehicles allow them to stay afloat but the power source can only maintain them for so long so the Gravity Pullers come in their heavy gravcars and pull them to safety.
