These are the most hated and avoided religious zealots in the city. They work directly for the Grand Inquisitor and will not stand by and allow anyone to go unpunished. They are particularly hated by Corporation because of their ability to stop the flow of money. The people inside the organization of anonymous but everyone knows they are all men.
