Between the derelect buildings and the constant Faction skirmishes, there is a need for immediate replacement of buildings and structures within the city. Those in charge of the immediate reconstruction are called Rebuilders. They have heavily funded technology by both the Union and Government that helps restore a building to it’s previous configuration in incredibly fast time or erect a new structure extremely fast.
